Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes. After you book, your confirmation email will include a link to reschedule or cancel up to the cutoff time defined in our policy. Any changes are instantly synced with our calendar.
Will I receive reminders before my appointment?
You’ll receive at least one email reminder before your appointment, and optionally a text reminder if you opt in during booking.
What if I can’t find a time that works?
Choose the closest available time and leave a note in the details field, or contact us directly. We’ll do our best to find a slot that fits your schedule.
